2025 USA Hockey Advanced Officiating Symposium

HOTEL

The Tysons Corner Marriott (Tysons, VA) is offering a discounted group rate of $139 plus applicable taxes. Information regarding hotel reservations will be forwarded with your Symposium registration confirmation email. The special Symposium rate is being offered for extended stays up to three days prior and three days after the event for any participant who wants to explore the Washington, DC area. The cut-off date for reservations is July 31, 2025.

TRAVEL

Travel to Tysons, Va., is very convenient by car and air. The Tysons Corner Washington Metro Station is a short walk from the hotel and offers convenient and very affordable transportation from both Regan National and Washington Dulles airports, and into the Washington, D.C. area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written cancellations in the form of a completed Symposium Refund Form must be received in order to confirm cancellation. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The Symposium Refund Form can be found at usahockey.com/tenuredofficial. A full refund (minus a $30 processing fee) will be issued for all approved refund requests received prior to July 31, 2025. Cancellations received after July 31, 2025, will not be refunded.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

Please note, you must have three consecutive seasons of complete registration as a Level 3 or Level 4 official (or some combination of both) to be eligible for Tenured Membership. Ineligible officials registering for this program will be removed from the roster and refunded their registration fee (minus a $30.00 processing fee).
